Mindful Self-Compassion

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is based on the research and life's work of Dr. Kristin Neff in Austin, TX.  MSC is based on three guiding principles: Self-Kindness, Common Humanity and Mindfulness.  All three principles are utilized to teach clients the pathway to self-accceptance, self-compassion and self-realization.  This work can be done individually or in a group setting.
